What we collect

• Account & profile data you provide.
• Technical data (IP address, device/browser, logs) for security and performance.
• Epic Account Services: if you link Epic, we receive your Epic Account ID and display name (no passwords/2FA).

How we use it

• Provide and personalize LootFarm features and rewards.
• Secure the platform and prevent fraud/abuse.
• Support you when you request help.

Epic Account Services (EAS)

When you authorize LootFarm with Epic, we use EAS to authenticate you and fetch basic profile (Epic Account ID and display name). We don’t sell this data or use it for targeted advertising. You can unlink in your profile or email us to request deletion.

Your rights & retention

Email privacy@lootfarm.gg to access/correct/delete your data. We keep data only as long as needed.

Children

Not directed to under-13s; we don’t knowingly allow them to link Epic.

Security & transfers

We use reasonable safeguards and may process data in the U.S. or other countries with appropriate protections.
