B) Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing: your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury you believe the removal was a mistake, your consent to jurisdiction in your judicial district (or where your provider is located), and your contact information.
