If you believe content on LootFarm infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice. We may remove or restrict content and terminate repeat infringers’ accounts.
A) DMCA Notice Requirements
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

B) Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing: your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury you believe the removal was a mistake, your consent to jurisdiction in your judicial district (or where your provider is located), and your contact information. Send to the address above.
