Terms of Service

1) Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be 13+ or the minimum age of digital consent in your region.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
• Certain features (e.g., creator tools, cash-out, or gift-card redemptions) may require additional verification and may be available only in supported regions.

2) Economy & Rewards

• LootTickets (creator-funded). Creators purchase LootTickets and fund their campaigns to pay players who complete qualifying gameplay or tasks. For redemption value calculations, each LootTicket is pegged to $0.01 (USD). LootTickets are currently redeemable only for supported gift cards (no cash or crypto withdrawals at this time). On-site, LootTickets may be used to purchase time-based Featured Campaign Boost ad spaces. There are no other on-site purchases with LootTickets at this time. LootTickets are not legal tender, have no independent monetary value outside the platform, and may be subject to regional and compliance limitations (including KYC/eligibility where required).
• LootCoins (earn-only; optional on-chain withdrawal). Users can earn LootCoins by completing on-platform activities such as leaving game reviews, playing LootFarm mini-games, and completing daily, weekly, and lifetime challenges. LootCoins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with cash or LootTickets, and are earned only. At the user’s request, LootCoins may be sent off-site to the user’s Cardano wallet, with the user covering the network (“gas”) fees from their own wallet. Transfers are user-initiated; we do not automatically withdraw or move balances on a user’s behalf.
• LOOT (Cardano token). When held on-chain, the token is referred to as LOOT on the Cardano network. The total supply of LOOT is 10,000,000,000 (ten billion) tokens. On-chain actions require a compatible non-custodial Cardano wallet and may incur network fees and latency outside our control.
• Integrity & adjustments. We may pause, adjust, or reverse rewards or balances in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, error, or violation of these Terms or other policies.

3) Creator Campaigns

• Creators fund campaigns by purchasing LootTickets and setting a per-play (or per-task) payout for eligible players. Campaign rules, eligibility, and proof-of-play/anti-fraud checks apply.
• Unused or ended allocations may be returned or archived according to platform logic and functions (for example, when a campaign is completed or archived).
• We may remove, pause, or modify campaigns that are misleading, unsafe, non-compliant, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4) Acceptable Use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, including bans on bots, automated play, harassment, fraud, multi-accounting, and rights violations.

5) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, security risk, non-payment (for creators), or other cause. We may modify or discontinue features consistent with applicable law.

6) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

LootFarm is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties (express or implied) and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in [Your Venue] have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
